Resistance Stretching

Most stretching never fully releases tension because the fascia — the connective tissue wrapped around every muscle — stays restricted. BSR uses resistance-based movement to target fascia directly, releasing tension held deep in the tissue where stress accumulates over time.

This is paired with breathwork that quickly moves what the body has been holding — sometimes for years — out completely, producing a nervous system release that goes deeper than anything you have experienced before.
