Recalibrate is built around that truth. Over four days you'll move through a carefully sequenced combination of practices — each one addressing a different layer of where stress lives in the body and mind:

BSR — Breathe · Stretch · Release

Most stretching never fully releases tension because the fascia — the connective tissue wrapped around every muscle — stays restricted. BSR uses resistance-based movement to target fascia directly, releasing tension held deep in the tissue where stress accumulates over time.

This is paired with breathwork that quickly moves what the body has been holding — sometimes for years — out completely, producing a nervous system release that goes deeper than anything you have experienced before.


Yoga Nidra

Brings the nervous system into deep restoration — the kind of rest that sleep alone rarely provides for people running on chronic stress.


Sound Healing

Uses vibrational frequency to support emotional release and integration at a level the thinking mind can't reach on its own.


Guided Meditation & Mantra

Anchors new neural patterns — training the mind to return to stillness more easily and more quickly over time.

  • Yes, three farm-fresh vegetarian meals daily are included in the $1,224 price.

  • Supersoul Farm has shared bunk rooms and a limited number of private rooms available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reach out directly to ask about private room availability at starting at $1,476

  • By car it's approximately 2.5 hours from Midtown via the Taconic State Parkway, with parking on site. By train, take Amtrak from Penn Station to Hudson, NY (about 2 hours), then a 40-minute rideshare to the farm.

  • None at all. Every session is fully guided and offered with modifications. The only requirement is a willingness to show up.

  • Comfortable layers for movement and cool evenings, a swimsuit for the cold exposure session, yoga mat, reusable water bottle, and a journal. You'll receive a full packing list once registered.

    More than 30 days out (before ~April 28) — Full refund minus a $100 admin/processing fee.

    Less than 15 days out (after May 13) — No refund, but offer a full credit toward a future retreat or program.
